WHAT IS TRANSCRIBING?

Transcribing is a simple way for beginners to make extra money. It means turning spoken words from recordings into written text. It's great for students, parents, or anyone looking for flexible work. You can do it from home and choose when you work. Plus, it helps you get better at listening and writing, which can be useful in many jobs. So, if you want to earn some cash on your schedule and improve your skills, give transcribing a try!

Transcribing is like turning talking into writing. You listen to spoken words from recordings and type it out. It's a simple way to make money, and you can do it from home. Great for beginners!

Example...

Woman Typing

Let's say you have a recording of an interview between two people. You play the recording and listen carefully. As you hear the words spoken, you type them out on your computer.

This process of turning spoken words into written text is what we call transcription.

Once you've transcribed the entire conversation, you'll have a written document that captures everything that was said in the interview. This can be useful for various purposes, from creating written records of important meetings to making videos more accessible with captions. And as you get better at it, you can earn money by offering your transcription services to businesses and content creators.
